Corporate Functions Sourcer

As a Corporate Functions Sourcer, you will play a critical role in shaping those teams by identifying, engaging and bringing in the talent that supports our business globally. This role sits at the front line of Talent Acquisition, where curiosity, clarity and collaboration make a real impact.

What you’ll be doing? Responsibilities.


• Proactively source and engage candidates for commercial functions across Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Payments, HR, Operations, Marketing, CRM, Customer Support and related teams.
• Partner day-to-day with Commercial Talent Acquisition Partners to understand hiring priorities, role requirements and market needs.
• Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines for both immediate vacancies and future hiring needs across multiple markets.
• Conduct initial outreach and candidate qualification, assessing experience, motivation and alignment with our culture and values.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline tracking in our ATS (Greenhouse), ensuring transparency and quality.
• Deliver high-quality shortlists and relevant market insights to TA Partners and hiring managers.
• Experiment with creative sourcing approaches and continuously improve how we reach and engage diverse talent.
• Act as a brand ambassador in every candidate interaction, communicating clearly, honestly and with intent.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing TA setup by sharing insights, ideas and best practices.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:


• Bring 2-3 years of experience as a Sourcer or Talent Researcher, ideally within corporate or business support functions.
• Enjoy working in close partnership with Talent Acquisition Partners and thrive in team environments with shared ownership and accountability.
• Are customer-minded, caring deeply about both candidate experience and stakeholder relationships.
• Think critically about sourcing challenges and adapt quickly while managing multiple pipelines across markets.
• Communicate clearly, say what you mean and follow through on commitments.
• Have strong hands-on sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards, combined with a disciplined approach to data, processes and ATS tools.
