To provide high quality management and business consulting services to
our local and international clients in setting up their businesses in the UAE,
as well as to coordinate and handle their administrative and operational
requirements post establishment of their companies, and throughout their
operational cycle. Company Formation Specialist is required to provide
effective and proactive support to our clients with an aim to offer the best
service and assistance in a result-oriented approach while using excellent
written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Company incorporation in all
free zones and jurisdictions under the Ministry of Economy in UAE (Free Zone
Establishment, LLC, IBC, Sole Establishment, Branch Incorporation, Subsidiary,
etc.)
- License renewal of companies
incorporated by us, as well as new customers who require such services from us.
Proposing applicable alternatives that suit to their purpose of incorporating their company. - To follow and execute KYC
and other relevant compliance procedures of 3rd parties, banks, and
jurisdictional authorities.
- Help
clients to get up and running immediately by eliminating the time-consuming
procedures for visas, permits, bank account, licenses and provide specialized
PRO services, document clearing and assistance for labor, immigration, economic
and municipality department issues
Requirements
- Candidate
must have excellent command of verbal and written Russian and English at the high
language level
- Work experience of min 3+
years in UAE in corporate services industry, company formation and
bank accounts opening
- Knowledgeable
in business setup laws and regulations in UAE as well as able
- Shall have excellent
business communication skills both verbal and writing
- Demonstrated drive to
solve problems with high energy and a positive attitude
- Currently
based in the UAE
