Title: Corporate Development Analyst
The Corporate Development Analyst will provide support to the corporate development team in the sourcing and evaluation of a range of strategic deals. This position reports to SVP, Corporate Development.
Primary Responsibilities
- Financial modeling and analysis for M&A transactions.
- Deal structuring.
- Support due diligence efforts.
- Manage M&A pipeline.
- Develop materials for and present results during executive deal reviews.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong LBO/financial modeling skills.
- Superior attention to detail.
- Strong communications, both written and verbal, in leading teams and coordinating with peers and other disciplines on driving projects/issues to closure.
- Commitment to organizational excellence and constant awareness to seek opportunities to improve processes/quality of deliverables.
- Superb ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/responsibilities.
- Superb ability to meet committed timelines, leveraging assistance/input from peers.
- Strong and effective team player in working with various disciplines and peer groups; can cover all gamut of tasks required to ‘getting a job done.’
Experience/Education
- 2+ years of financial analysis experience with 1+ year focused on M&A deal sourcing and execution.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Economics
- Candidates with direct experience in strategy consulting, banking, or private equity are highly encouraged to apply
- Those candidates with direct experience in the Data Center industry, Construction or Real Estate environments are also highly encouraged to apply
