このポジションについて本ポジションは、PlayStation向けゲームソフトウェアを企画・開発・販売するゲームパブリッシャーをはじめ、PlayStation上でコンテンツやサービスを提供する日本・アジアのパートナーとのビジネスを法務面から支える役割です。
契約書の審査・作成・交渉にとどまらず、ゲームコンテンツ、キャンペーン、マーケティング施策など、ユーザーに届けられるさまざまな取り組みに関わります。
法的リスクを適切に管理しながら「どうすればビジネスを実現できるか」をビジネス部門とともに考え、PlayStationとパートナーのビジネスを前に進めることが、このポジションの重要なミッションです。
主な業務内容・日本・アジアのパートナーとの各種契約について、和文・英文での審査、作成、交渉を行う
・ゲームコンテンツ、サービス、キャンペーンなどに関する相談に対し、SIEのポリシーや法的観点を踏まえた実践的なアドバイスを提供する
・マーケティングアセットやプロモーション施策を法的観点からレビューし、必要な助言を行う
・海外の法務担当者や社内関係部門と連携し、複数の地域にまたがる案件の方針調整や課題解決を行う

・和文・英文契約書の作成、審査、交渉に関する実務経験
・製品、サービスまたはビジネスに関する法的助言・サポートの経験

・日本または海外の弁護士資格
