Summary
We are seeking to hire personnel for a Corporate Commercial Client Representative position located at the corporate office in Forest Hill, MD. This full-time, in-person employment opportunity offers you experience that will advance your career, knowledge growth, and professional development.
Responsibilities
As a Corporate Commercial Client Representative, your daily duties will include but may not be limited to:
- Key account set-up and management.
- Third party account compliance.
- Inbound and outbound customer communication.
- Management of service schedules as assigned.
- Liaison between customer and local branch office as needed.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
As a Corporate Commercial Client Representative, we require you to have the following:
- Office/Clerical experience required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in handling customer service.
- Ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment.
- Outstanding multi-tasking and organization skills are a must.
- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite. Specifically, Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Excellent problem-solving skills are essential.

Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour plus sales commission opportunity. Overtime compensation for hours worked in excess of 40 in a given workweek.
