As a Corporate Brand Senior Associate in the Corporate Brand team, you will help steward and evolve the brand identity for JPMorganChase and J.P. Morgan. You’ll translate business objectives into clear creative direction, deliver high-quality brand assets and tools, and help ensure consistent, compliant brand expression across channels. You’ll work in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment where strong judgment, organization, and relationship-building are essential.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage external agencies and internal creative partners to develop brand and marketing assets, templates, and high-impact collateral
- Deliver day-to-day brand governance, education, and enablement to support consistent and accurate brand application across touchpoints
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand goals and execute creative solutions that meet business needs
- Provide clear, constructive creative feedback that elevates work while aligning to brand guidelines
- Serve as a key point of contact for branding requests, reviews, and approvals
- Support strategic initiatives and complex cross-functional projects, including work with tight deadlines
- Build strong working relationships across teams and functions to drive alignment and timely delivery
- Create and refine compelling presentations and materials for executive and client audiences
- Develop and manage creative briefs, agency engagements, and stakeholder reviews to ensure clarity, alignment, and quality

- Minimum 4+ years of marketing and/or brand experience
- Demonstrated experience in brand identity, brand governance, brand strategy, and communications
- Experience managing and collaborating with internal and external creative agencies
- Ability to succeed in a highly matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Strong organizational, presentation, and time management skills
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills with a client-service mindset
- Action-oriented approach with sound judgment and the ability to meet deadlines with urgency
