Our client, a well-known regional law firm with a national practice is seeking a securities and capital markets associate attorney with four to eight years of experience for their Buffalo, NY office. Experience representing issuers and investment banks in public and private offerings of securities, advising publicly traded companies on compliance with the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, exchange listing standards and corporate governance required. Candidates must have relevant prior law firm experience, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, strong work ethic and excellent oral and written communication skills.
The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $123,000 – $145,000. Actual base salary will be based upon criteria such as experience, qualifications and skill level.
