The role suits a resourceful operator who can move between scheduling and stakeholder coordination, commercial research, concise writing and high-quality presentation work. It provides direct exposure to senior executives, client and partner agendas, and the practical application of AI in enterprise transformation.

Key Accountabilities

  • Coordinate the Head’s priority external meetings, including scheduling across internal and external stakeholders, agendas, logistics and materials.
  • Prepare concise meeting briefs covering participants, context, objectives, decisions required, sensitivities and recommended next steps.
  • Maintain a disciplined action and decision tracker; issue meeting notes and follow up with owners so commitments do not stall.
  • Support selected correspondence, presentations and executive-office administration with sound judgement, accuracy and discretion.
  1. Growth and Partnerships Support
  • Research priority sectors, client accounts, partner ecosystems, government programmes and co-funding routes to identify actionable opportunities.
  • Develop account and partner briefs, stakeholder maps, value hypotheses, meeting materials and follow-up packs for Growth and partnership discussions.
  • Maintain current Growth and Partnerships records, including contacts, opportunities, actions, evidence and handoffs to named business owners.
  • Support the preparation of pitch decks, proposals, partner programmes and market-facing activations.
  1. Executive AI Thought Leadership and Client Engagement
  • Track material developments in enterprise AI, data, regulation and Temus’ priority sectors.
  • Produce a weekly internal AI and sector-intelligence digest for Temus’ client executives.
  • Develop a monthly client-executive thought-leadership package, which may include a briefing note, point of view, presentation, article, event concept or channel-ready content.
  • Translate validated Temus capabilities and customer evidence into clear executive narratives, while observing technical validation, client consent and claims standards.
  • Maintain an editorial and distribution calendar so priority themes reach the right client executives through owned, earned, shared, paid and direct-engagement channels.

Expected Outputs in the First 90 Days

  • A reliable weekly rhythm for the Head’s calendar, meeting briefs, decisions and follow-through.
  • Current Growth and partner trackers with clear owners, next actions and evidence.
  • A repeatable weekly intelligence digest and monthly client-executive content cadence.
  • Consistently accurate, executive-ready research, decks and written materials that require limited rework.

  • Writing and storytelling: Strong command of English; able to write crisp briefs, executive correspondence, presentations and thought leadership.
  • Coordination and execution: Highly organised, attentive to detail and dependable in managing calendars, stakeholders, actions and deadlines.
  • AI fluency: Strong interest in enterprise AI and responsible use of AI tools for research, analysis and content development; verifies sources and outputs.
  • Presentation craft: Able to build clear, persuasive PowerPoint materials and work confidently with Word, Excel and collaboration tools.
  • Commercial judgement: Understands how market intelligence, partnerships, communications and customer evidence support business development.
  • Personality and Interpersonal Skills

  • Intellectually curious, commercially minded and willing to challenge weak assumptions with evidence.
  • Proactive and resourceful: Anticipates needs, closes loops and escalates risks early.
