Our client is a well-established Accounting and Audit firm based in Nicosia, offering professional services in audit, accounting, tax, and corporate administration. They are currently seeking to hire a Corporate Administrator – AML & Compliance Administrator to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with experience in corporate administration and AML procedures, who is looking to develop their career within a professional environment.
The successful candidate will support the compliance and administration team with the handling of corporate records, onboarding procedures, and AML due diligence for local and international clients. The role requires a strong understanding of regulatory obligations, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Maintain and update statutory records for a portfolio of companies.
- Assist with client onboarding including KYC/AML documentation collection, review, and assessment.
- Monitor and update internal compliance databases and systems.
- Liaise with local authorities, regulators, banks, and service providers.
- Ensure timely submission of filings and reports in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review corporate documents such as resolutions, minutes, and company forms.
- Support internal audits and compliance reviews as needed.
- At least 2 years of experience in corporate administration or a similar AML/Compliance role.
- Knowledge of AML legislation and regulatory obligations in Cyprus.
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Holder of an AML certification (e.g. CySEC AML certification) will be considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with Registrar of Companies online systems and filings.
- Competitive salary of €22,000 - €24,000 per annum
