What You’ll Do
- Own complex global corporate action events—bringing deep expertise to ensure timely, high‑quality decisioning.
- Lead the full event lifecycle, safeguarding data accuracy, operational integrity, and regulatory compliance.
- Navigate and resolve high‑complexity issues independently, escalating thoughtfully when needed.
- Strengthen our risk and control environment, ensuring audit readiness and consistent adherence to policies.
- Serve as the team’s go‑to SME, offering technical guidance, coaching, and cross‑training to elevate crew capability.
- Support leadership by fostering team proficiency and reducing key‑person dependencies.
- Build strong relationships with internal partners and custodians, leading the charge on escalations and high‑impact issues.
- Represent Corporate Actions in global forums, influencing enhancements to operating models and best‑practice standards.
- Champion workflow efficiency, helping drive system improvements that reduce risk and boost quality.
- Contribute to strategic and transformation initiatives, using data and insights to identify trends and emerging risks.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Corporate Actions or related investment operations.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with sound judgment under time pressure.
Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
Clear, confident communication skills—you can influence, collaborate, and educate others effectively.
Demonstrated leadership behaviors with a positive, team‑first mindset.
