Corporate Account Manager
Location: Remote – Poland/Czechia/Germany or United Kingdom (ideally based near a major international airport)

NCH Industrial is seeking a highly driven Corporate Account Manager to help expand our Parts Cleaning and Industrial Maintenance business across Europe.
This is a newly created role focused primarily on identifying, developing and winning new multinational manufacturing customers. Unlike a traditional account management position, this role is heavily focused on new business development and creating opportunities from the ground up.
While the long-term vision is to build strategic corporate customer relationships across Europe, there are currently no established corporate accounts assigned to this position. Success will be driven by your ability to prospect, open doors, build relationships with key stakeholders and convert opportunities into sustainable business partnerships.
As one of the first hires in this strategic initiative, you will play a key role in shaping how NCH Industrial develops multinational customer relationships across Europe. You will work closely with the President, Global Parts Cleaning & Industrial Maintenance, collaborate with country sales teams and help establish a scalable corporate business development model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target and win new multinational manufacturing customers across Europe.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans focused on long-term revenue growth.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers across procurement, operations, engineering, maintenance and manufacturing functions.
- Create and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities within large multi-site industrial organisations.
- Lead commercial discussions, presentations, negotiations and contract development activities.
- Coordinate with country sales and technical teams to support customer evaluations, trials and implementations.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and framework contracts.
- Monitor business performance, track opportunities and provide regular forecasts and business updates to senior leadership.
- Represent NCH Industrial at customer meetings, industry events and trade exhibitions.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a commercially driven hunter with a proven track record of opening new business opportunities within industrial B2B environments. The ideal candidate will bring:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic sales or corporate sales roles.
- Demonstrated success in winning new customers and developing business from scratch.
- Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial production or engineering environments.
- Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and proactively.
- Confidence engaging with senior decision-makers across multinational organisations.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are considered an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe (approximately 40–50%).
- A degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry or a related discipline is advantageous but not essential.
