Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our Corporate Access Team within Global Research. This team works closely with internal stakeholders, the investment community, and corporate clients to provide Equity and FICC investors with access to management teams through non-deal roadshows, field trips, and investor conferences, and to support analyst marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with the Corporate Access team to execute non-deal roadshows, field trips, and conferences from planning through completion.
- Partner with sector professionals across Research, Sales & Trading, and Investment Banking to develop a broad understanding of the corporate and investor community.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Sales, Sales Trading, Research analysts, buy-side and sell-side clients, Investment Banking, and Capital Markets.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Access team and Sales to ensure priority institutional accounts receive appropriate access to management.
- Use internal systems to coordinate and manage client meeting schedules.
- Provide on-site support for events, including group meetings and conferences, as needed.
- Coordinate with the Corporate Events team to support conference execution.
- Collect feedback from institutional investors and prepare written summary reports.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate access role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated professionalism and confidence interacting with senior stakeholders, both internally and with corporate clients
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Copilot) and the ability to learn new systems and technologies
- Ability to communicate ideas in a professional and articulate manner
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a time-sensitive environment
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and take a proactive approach
- Flexible working style to be able to work successfully across several analyst teams
- Strong team orientation and the ability to build relationships across a broad range of stakeholders
- A basic understanding of the Equity/FICC markets business
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of experience in corporate access or a related role
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, make timely decisions, and proactively ask questions
- Strong written and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel periodically for events outside the NYC area, as business needs require
