Job summary :
As a Business Operation Specialist within the managed account process, you will support a variety of initiatives by analyzing existing processes, identifying gaps and areas for improvement, and developing appropriate controls. You will support business partner deliverables by documenting business requirements, providing testing support, documenting quality standards, and demonstrating adherence to established procedures. You will be expected to demonstrate an in-depth working knowledge of the managed account process while delivering high performance and results.
Job responsibilities :
- Document business requirements, processes, systems, and user needs
- Review and analyze existing business processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Evaluate process breaks and systemic issues and recommend reengineering solutions
- Partner with business stakeholders to ensure consistent implementation of system, policy, and procedural enhancements
- Establish, create, and analyze reports relevant to operations functions
- Support testing activities and document quality standards and procedures
- Ensure adherence to change control policy and procedure creation and maintenance
- Demonstrate adherence to established procedures and quality expectations
- Manage vendor relationships and related interactions
Lead groups and process improvement initiatives
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills :
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills with close attention to detail
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing with internal and external customers
- Collaborate effectively as a customer service-, team-, and goal-oriented contributor
- Operate with a high sense of urgency and professionalism

- Apply IUS GAAP and taxation experience (confirm “IUS GAAP” wording prior to posting)
