Cornerstone Talent Management Suite

Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Cornerstone Learning enhancement projects from requirements gathering through testing and deployment.
• Guide the delivery process, ensuring clear documentation and timely execution.
• Develop and manage test plans, test execution, and resolve issues.
• Engage directly with clients to understand needs, present solutions, and provide consultative guidance.
• Collaborate internally to drive project success and maintain high standards of quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Cornerstone Learning platform.
• Strong consultative skills, with proven ability to lead discussions and influence outcomes.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for both client-facing and internal collaboration.
• Detail-oriented approach to test planning and execution.

Working Hours and LocationThis role supports a US-based client and requires flexibility to work from 3PM to 12AM (local time). Remote candidates are welcome, provided they can maintain these working hours.
