Handle onsite survey, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of Core network equipment,
Support network and space development, system acceptance test criteria and performance applications,
Extend technical support to customers through remote and on-site troubleshooting,
Basic configuration of data network equipment,
Remote support of on-site engineers and end users/customers during installation,
Offer technical solutions on Core network products,
Speaking with customers via email and phone for initial requirement capture.
- Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom)
- Core products E2E analysis and troubleshooting including call trace.
- Troubleshooting of Core products problematic calls via Wireshark or similar tools for trace analysis.
- CS & Volte optimization Experience
- Troubleshooting of CS, IMS
- Customer Management Experience (Experience leading the projects)
- Strong Core parameter optimization
- Technical Lead, Customer service skills
- To provide expertise in support of CS(MSC, MGW, SBC) and IMS network
- Advanced knowledge on SIP, SS7 is must. TCP/IP is a plus.
- Work closely with the operation teams by providing timely feedback for all Core services related network activates
- Flexible and ready for new challenges
- No restriction to work 24x7 for critical issues.
- Maintenance project delivery , provide technical support on core network
- Good technical knowledge of Cloud Core Domain(Min 1-2 years experience)
- IMS, MSC, MGW, SBC knowledge must, DRA, HSS, STP are plus
- Good technical knowledge of Virtualization
- CCNA / CCNA Voice Course certification is a plus
- Analytical thinking skills
- Excellent communication, documentation, reporting and problem troubleshooting skills
- Has ability to make self study for new topics to enhance his/her experience.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English
- Customer oriented
- Ability to work in a team, professionally and personally with different reporting schemes.
