As a Cordant Solutions Senior Technical Account Manager, you will be accountable for techno-commercial strategy development and together with the mapped Sales Team, to support Cordant Solutions team to deliver the most technically sound and commercially viable solution for opportunities. You will be responsible for:
- Understand and articulate the unique value proposition of Baker Hughes as ‘the preferred partner of choice’ for enterprise asset condition & performance management across multiple tiers of the solution implementation
- Conducting full-form customer discovery workshops for assigned key accounts to uncover opportunities
- Conducting site walkdowns and asset condition monitoring solution assessment surveys to establish as applicable, an enterprise wide Machinery Action Plan
- Leveraging collaborative use case workshop models during discovery and qualification to achieve maximum alignment of portfolio offer with customer pain points
- Enabling solution design using full depth and breadth of Baker Hughes Cordant Solutions hardware & software portfolio while also addressing architecture, cyber security, networking and interfaces across multiple enterprise subsystems and roadmap of products
- Partnering with Sales Managers to discover, enable and demonstrate value for innovative solution deployments and additional product adders
- Supporting commercial organization with FEED specification influence to serve as Key Accounts standard buying reference
- Assisting regional TAM Leader and the regional Sales Team with developing and executing strategies relevant to the market using techno-strategic levers that speak to market desired outcomes and trends
- Work with regional TAM, Sales, Commercial Operations, Services, Project, Engineering and Supply Chain organizations as well as liaison with global experts and CoEs to assist with strategic Business initiatives
- Assist the TAM Leader to develop engineering and installation technical work scope, schedules and support cost estimates to facilitate business in area of expertise.
- Delivering technical presentations and demos at conferences and trade shows
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent
- Have minimum of 6 years of industry experience including oil & gas with at least 7 years of experience in Machinery Condition Monitoring / Asset Performance Management space in the area of solution design, architecture and/or deployment, and sales or customer facing services management with focus on solution architecture.
- Expertise in machinery Condition Monitoring and Protection based on vibration and dynamic data to understand complete solution architecture from sensor to cloud/enterprise-wide digital ecosystem
- Ability to confidently discuss and explain multi-tiered system architecture and integration, experience with cloud deployment and Software as a Service (SaaS) will be a plus
- Demonstrate excellent understanding of modern maintenance methodologies (PM, PdM, RCM, RBM, RAM, TPM, etc.) for plant mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Have the ability to describe and articulate Baker Hughes domain expertise and our integrated Asset Management story.
- Ability to travel across the region and for up to 50% of the time.
