We’re looking for an experienced Copywriting Team Lead to head up our team of marketing writers in Tel Aviv. This is a leadership role that blends creativity, team management, and cross-functional collaboration.
As Copywriting Team Lead, you’ll raise the bar for the quality and impact of all our marketing copy across Artlist and Motion Array. You’ll mentor a talented team of writers, make sure our messaging stays sharp and consistent, and work closely with teams across the company to bring our brand voice to life.
Requirements
Wake up for this
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of marketing, UX, and Help Center writers, giving regular feedback and guidance.
- Own and continuously improve the voice and style guides for Artlist and Motion Array.
- Review and edit copy across channels — ads, landing pages, blogs, emails, CRM, product messaging, social media, and press releases — to make sure everything we publish is top-quality and on-brand.
- Manage team workflows, prioritize tasks, and keep projects on track
- Partner with Product Marketing, Brand, Performance Marketing, Design, and other teams to make sure our copy supports bigger business goals.
- Lead initiatives to boost copy performance through A/B testing, data analysis, and smart best practices.
- Represent the Copywriting team in stakeholder meetings, quarterly planning, and other key discussions.
- Oversee localization projects and freelancer management, making sure quality stays high.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and development for new writers as the team grows.
- Keep up with the latest industry trends, AI writing tools, and innovations to help us work smarter.
