We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and detail-obsessed Copywriter to craft compelling, user-centered content across our product and marketing channels. Sitting at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and user experience, you’ll help shape how people engage with our brand—from the first ad they see to the microcopy that guides them through our product.
As a Copywriter, you’ll work closely with UX designers, product managers, brand strategists, marketers, and more to bring clarity, consistency, and personality to every touchpoint. You’ll write copy that not only resonates with users but also drives action, builds trust, and strengthens our brand.
What you’ll be doing:
- Craft High-Impact Copy: Write clear, concise, and engaging copy across digital touchpoints—product interfaces (web/app), email, performance marketing, social media, landing pages, and more.
- Bring the Brand Voice to Life: Apply and evolve our voice and tone across all channels to create a cohesive and memorable brand experience.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with design, product, marketing, and research teams to deliver copy that supports strategic objectives while meeting user needs.
- User-Centered Messaging: Apply UX writing best practices to guide users intuitively through digital experiences while also contributing to marketing messages that convert and inspire.
- Iterate & Optimize: Use A/B testing, data, and feedback to refine copy for clarity, performance, and conversion.
- Contribute to Content Systems: Help maintain content guidelines, voice and tone documentation, and content standards for consistency and scalability.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in copywriting, with demonstrated experience in both UX writing and marketing copy.
- A portfolio that showcases your ability to write for digital products and marketing campaigns—highlighting clarity, creativity, and impact.
- Strong command of grammar, tone, and storytelling across different mediums and audiences.
- Ability to switch between strategic thinking and detail execution.
- Experience collaborating with design, marketing, and product teams in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, CMS platforms, and content testing tools a plus.
- Comfortable balancing creativity with performance metrics and business goals.
- Curious, adaptable, and excited to learn in a dynamic environment.
