About the role:


We are seeking a creative and talented Copywriter to join our growing company. The ideal candidate will have meaningful experience in copywriting within a fast-paced ecommerce environment and will collaborate across teams and functions to create compelling content that supports our marketing efforts. This role requires someone with a strong writing background who can partner closely with business and marketing partners to create high-quality written content. 

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging and persuasive copy for marketing assets, email, site, social media, and other digital channels. 
  • Collaborate with Product Design (UX) to craft clear, user-centric website copy that aligns with UX best practices, enhances usability, and maintains a consistent brand voice. 
  • Work closely with Product, Design, and Research teams to translate user insights into compelling content that guides and informs users. 
  • Continuously test, refine, and optimize UX copy based on data, user feedback, and A/B testing to improve engagement and conversion. 
  • Collaborate with UX and Marketing to translate brand guidelines into content guidelines for the website experience.
  • Develop and execute content strategy across all digital touchpoints (ads, emails, web) that balances brand vision with optimized user experience.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, advancements and best practices in copywriting and content marketing. 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in copywriting, digital marketing, or a similar creative role. 
  • Experience with UX copywriting and content strategy 
  • Strong writing skills with proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Docs). 
  • Experience in developing copywriting strategies and associatedvariations in the context of digital marketing testing and personalization  
  • Ability to translate an understanding of the target audience (personas) into appropriate copywriting approaches while maintaining brand guidelines.   
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across marketing, product, and UX teams in a fast-paced test-and-lean environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Docs). 
  • Familiarity with Figma.
  • Find creative opportunities to enhance user experience through compelling copy. 
  • Ability to incorporate SEO based insights to inform use of keywords and terminology in their content.
