We're seeking an experienced, strategic copywriter with a robust understanding of brand building to join our rapidly expanding Content Marketing team. As the Copywriter, you’ll drive initiatives to refine and elevate the brand messaging, tone, and voice across all channels. This role will be pivotal in aligning content strategy with brand vision, driving brand differentiation, and crafting compelling narratives for Avalanche that resonate with our developer and builder audience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Drive messaging strategies for content marketing efforts across social media, websites, blogs, case studies, research articles, and more
• Work alongside the creative team to craft and implement brand messaging and narratives, especially for the brand’s websites and social media channels
• Conduct in-depth industry analysis using research data platforms, social media networks, and news/media sites to identify emerging trends and competitive insights
• Influence and contribute to scriptwriting for video production projects and panel discussions, ensuring brand consistency and impact
• Produce and execute messaging and positioning strategies that simplify technical concepts, enhancing the reach of educational content
• Partner closely with design teams to conceptualize creative assets, infographics, and multimedia elements that amplify brand storytelling
• Author blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, email newsletters, social copy, and more, ensuring all content is aligned to Ava Labs’ product messaging, company narrative, and brand voice
• Support the maintenance of a content roadmap and editorial calendar
• Collaborate with the events team to write content for event websites, panel descriptions, and other promotional materials

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of professional experience in social media, copywriting or related fields
• Proven track record of developing content and brand strategies for Web3 or blockchain organizations
• Familiarity with news/media sources and critical industry topics
• Experience using Web3 applications and an understanding of the Avalanche Network
• Exceptional copywriting skills, with the ability to craft content that brings energy, personality, and strategic focus to the brand
• Demonstrated experience as a proactive contributor to social communities, fostering engagement and brand advocacy
• Adaptability and ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• A creative, strategic thinker with a passion for elevating brand presence in the Web3 space

Salary Range: $92,000 to $115,000
