About Saylor

Saylor is a social-led, entertainment-first creative agency based in Los Angeles. Founded by former entertainment executives, we set sail in 2021 to build an independent agency that rethinks how brands communicate with today’s audiences.

We believe every brand is an entertainment brand. That is why we craft ideas that move with culture, creating work that earns attention, sparks connection, and builds fandoms that last. Our clients include Netflix, Disney, Amazon, Hilton, Anthropologie, and more.

We’re a tight‑knit crew of creatives, strategists, and makers who collaborate without ego, stay curious, and always show up for one another. We foster a supportive space where diverse perspectives are celebrated, hierarchy never blocks great ideas, and everyone is empowered to jump in, solve problems, and push creative boundaries together.

Position Overview

Saylor seeks an innovative, sharp Copywriter with experience in social media copywriting, content strategy, and creative development to join the Creative direction team. The ideal candidate will be exceedingly creative, collaborative, strategic, and obsessed with social media and marketing trends. This role will support the Associate Creative Director and Creative team in shaping the creative efforts on pitches, accounts, and brand and marketing campaigns. This person will be responsible for leading group brainstorms, ideating independently, developing concepts, crafting voice and tone, and writing scripts and copy.

The Copywriter will take the lead on certain initiatives, with some collaboration and oversight from the Associate Creative Director (ACD) to maintain alignment and consistency throughout the process. Externally, you'll be client facing and will help ensure their vision is executed. Internally, you'll collaborate across all teams at Saylor — partnering with Strategy and Production, inspiring Accounts, and working closely with Design and Editorial to elevate individual assets and entire campaigns. Throughout, you'll ensure all creative aligns with strategy and brand voice through copy, design, and execution.
