About this Opportunity:

The Copywriter/Marketing Specialist position is responsible for creating and developing engaging written and multimedia content across a variety of platforms, including web, social media, email, and video. This role supports the company’s marketing initiatives by crafting messages that align with brand standards and resonate with target audiences, while contributing to overall marketing strategy and execution.

Location:

Evolution Motion Solutions is headquartered in Farmers Branch, TX with additional offices in TX, UT, AL, AZ, MT, OK, MA, MI IN, IL, OH and Canada. This position will be based out of our Auburn Hills, MI facility.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS: 

The requirements listed below are representative of the education, experience, skills and/or abilities required. An individual must meet the minimum requirements as listed in each Qualifications subsection.  

· Develop and produce creative, clear, and engaging content for digital platforms including website, blog, email, video, and social media.

· Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice. 

· Work closely with the paid advertising team to create compelling copy and visuals for social media campaigns.

· Provide input on layout and creative strategy for email marketing initiatives. 

· Translate creative direction and technical information into persuasive, audience -appropriate copy. 

· Edit and proofread all content for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with company standards. 

· Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions.

· Support co-workers to foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

· Perform other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalist, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

EXPERIENCE:

· One to five years of industry experience in copywriting, marketing, or a related field.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Creative thinking and attention to details.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

· Collaboration and teamwork.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: 

The work is sedentary. Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some movement from area to area, transporting items such as a laptop computer, or transporting small marketing materials.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: 

While performing the primary duties of the job, the employee is regularly exposed to a general office environment. Occasional travel may be required alongside infrequent work outside of business hours for special events.
