Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Digital Copywriter who can craft compelling, conversion-oriented messaging across the marketing funnel — from scroll-stopping paid media ads to high-performing SEO content and retention campaigns that keep customers engaged. This role blends creativity with data-driven strategy, ensuring every word moves the audience toward action. You’ll collaborate closely with our Growth, Retention, and Creative teams to write and optimize copy for multiple channels, A/B test messaging performance, and evolve our client’s brand voice across touchpoints.

Role Responsibilities:

Strategy & Performance: 

  • Paid Media: Write and test ad copy for paid social, display, and search campaigns. Develop headlines, CTAs, and messaging angles that drive engagement and conversions across audiences.
  • Retention Marketing: Create persuasive, brand-aligned copy for SMS, email, and lifecycle marketing. Tailor messaging for customer segments and funnel stages to boost engagement and retention.
  • SEO & Web Content:
    • Write optimized blog content, product descriptions, and landing pages that improve rankings and organic traffic.
    • Conduct keyword research using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner.
    • Develop and iterate SEO content strategies in collaboration with Growth and Analytics teams.
  • A/B Testing & Performance Optimization: Partner with media and CRM teams to test creative hypotheses. Analyze copy performance data and continuously optimize based on results and trends.
  • Brand Voice Development: Maintain and evolve a cohesive brand tone across channels, balancing creative storytelling with conversion goals and best practices.

Market Analysis And Optimization:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough research to gain deep insights into client industries, target audiences, and competitive landscapes.
  • Utilize research findings to inform and enhance brand strategy and messaging frameworks.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and emerging opportunities to develop forward-thinking brand solutions.

Requirements
  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital copywriting, preferably in an agency or fast-paced marketing environment (bonus points for beauty industry experience!) 
  • Proven ability to write for multiple funnel stages, from upper-funnel awareness campaigns to conversion-focused CTAs.
  • Experience writing for paid media, email/SMS, and SEO channels.
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, SEO best practices, and performance analytics.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and performance optimization.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfort collaborating across creative, media, and analytics teams.
  • A strategic thinker with a passion for challenging the status quo and driving transformative change in the  industry.

Salary Range: $65,000 - 75,000
