As Copy Supervisor, you’ll ensure the day-to-day creative excellence of our copy team. You are a guardian of quality, guiding execution and coaching writers while ensuring every piece of content aligns with strategic and creative standards.
What You’ll Do
Supervise Execution: Oversee writing and editing across campaigns and deliverables to ensure clarity, craft, and brand alignment.
Coach & Develop Writers: Provide clear, actionable feedback; nurture growth and consistency in craft across the team.
Manage Workflows: Support planning and prioritization; balance timelines and quality expectations across concurrent projects.
Collaborate with Leads: Partner with Design, Strategy, and Account to maintain integrated creative execution.
Quality Stewardship: Champion accuracy, tone, and compliance, especially in specialized, regulated content.
What You’ll Bring
6–8+ years of agency copy experience with demonstrated editorial judgment.
Experience giving feedback and guiding writers toward clearer, stronger work.
Calm under pressure and thoughtful about process improvements.
Excellent communicator and collaborator across disciplines.
