About the role:

Inizio Evoke is seeking a Copy Supervisor to join the team. The Copy Supervisor (CS) is important in helping craft a comprehensive healthcare professional copy platforms for assigned accounts. You will not only execute the copy for certain projects, but you will mentor and supervise more junior writers and act as a master brand product information specialist. CS reports to the Creative Director (CD). This role is fully remote.

What you'll do:

• Demonstrate high level of professional expertise and writing skills
• Bring originality and innovative thinking while also being consistent with the brand messaging
• Possess awareness and familiarity with medical and scientific information that pertains to assigned brands
• Understand how to research and source credible information, and use it to craft copy that delivers on strategy
• Work closely with medical, strategy, and behavioral counterparts to ensure quality and rigor in the work
• Ensure that all work you deliver or oversee is strategic, thoughtful, accurate, and creatively compelling
• Partner with assigned art partner to develop impactful creative concepts
• Present and speak to the meaning behind concepts
• Set priorities while and to delegate work appropriately
• Review and give feedback on the work of more junior writers
• Mentor more junior writers and work with them to further develop their skillset
• Establish knowledge of client's business
• Contribute to new business activities
• Support planning and strategy in the development of creative or project briefs
• Support in the evolution of brand personality and positioning

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years' experience in advertising/marketing, pharma experience required
• Experience writing for HCPs
• Experience writing clear, cohesive, scientific copy for multiple channels (print, digital, broadcast)
• Ability to unravel complex data to create a clear and compelling narrative
• Clear presentation skills with an education edge
• Decisive problem-solving skills with advanced listening and coping skills to remain clear-headed
• Understanding of how to use and apply medical references and validate with Medical Editor partner ahead of MLR submissions
• Strong cross-functional partnership with other departments
• Knowledge of AMA style
• Understanding of the principles of production (print, online, broadcast etc.)
