Copy Supervisor, Market Access

About the role:

Inizio Evoke Access is looking for a Market Access Copywriter to join the team. As a Market Access Copywriter, you will develop copy for promotional materials and resources based on understanding of client business strategies, communicating to the target audiences, including payer value propositions, PIE resources, and other payer-facing communications. You will also develop copy for promotional materials and resources for branded pharmaceutical products that payer customers and pharmaceutical sales representatives use with healthcare professionals. You will be fully remote and report to President, Inizio Evoke Access.

What you'll do:

• Be the copy lead for assigned accounts; be responsible for writing content that is on strategy and meets client’s market access business objectives
• Be the copy lead, responsible for writing payer facing materials (value propositions, PIE decks, training guides, etc.) and patient and provider access and reimbursement resources (affordability programs, call center guides, patient journey development, billing and coding/reimbursement guides, medical exception/appeals guidance, etc.)
• Collaboratively work with and oversee other copy team members/freelancers, helping ensure the success of the whole team
• Work to shape clients’ messages by transforming complex business copy or concepts into more succinct and comprehensive communication
• Partner with creative team lead and works with creative team with ideas for appropriate visuals, and for developing compelling and engaging assets
• Collaborate with other creative resources to ensure consistency of approach and alignment of brand strategy
• Maintain command of content on resources with client comments, references, and other critical documents
• Manage the quality, medical accuracy, and alignment of assigned projects to deadlines, project objectives, and specifications
• Prepare materials for medical-legal review; and participates in clients’ medical-legal review  processes as required, providing solutions to ensure/accelerate approval, including accurate referencing and annotating of all materials, following style established for client.
• Research current medical/managed care landscape for assigned products to identify and support new strategies  
• Provide onsite input and support at client meetings, as needed

What you'll bring:

Bachelor's degree in life/health related sciences, or English/marketing/journalism

• 7+years' experience as a copywriter for a market access agency writing copy for payers, and for providers and patients
• In-depth experience developing a broad scope of market access communications materials and presenting them to the client
• Diverse experience across therapeutic products and disease
• Working knowledge and understanding of medical, regulatory, and legal review processes for pharmaceutical companies for promotional materials
• 5+ years of experience developing market access strategies, copy and messaging with clinical and economic data
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Word (PC or Mac) and understanding of Adobe Creative Suite
