About the role
The Copy Specialist crafts compelling, audience-focused copy that supports a variety of marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, CRM communications, video scripts, and long-form content such as blog posts and thought leadership articles.
- Write, edit, and optimize copy for social media posts, emails, in-app marketing, and CRM campaigns.
- Develop scripts for video content, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and tone.
- Produce long-form content such as articles, and blogs to support thought leadership and customer engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with designers, strategists, and marketers to deliver cohesive creative assets.
- Maintain and uphold the bank’s brand voice and tone across all platforms and regions.
- Tailor messaging for specific channels and audience segments.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, customer behavior, and content marketing best practices.
Must haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication or other relevant media or marketing-related course
- 2 to 3 years experience in a marketing team, publication or ad agency.
- Proven experience in copywriting, content creation, or editorial roles.
- Strong storytelling and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in writing for multiple channels (social, email, video, long-form content).
- Ability to adapt tone and style across internal and external-facing projects.
