Our Human Resources Business Partner will provide a leadership presence with internal stakeholders to align human resources with the strategic aims of the business and support the daily functions of the human resources department.
What you will do:-
Align business objectives with human capital initiatives and participate in business planning and leadership discussions as the primary HR advisor.

Support activities such as workforce planning, talent strategy, organizational change, compensation, learning and development, employee engagement, succession planning and performance management.

Support business transformation, acquisitions, integrations and other significant organizational changes, while assessing people impact of the decisions and developing change and communication strategies.

Support talent reviews and succession planning for key positions.

Partner with Talent Acquisition and leaders on strategic hiring priorities and workforce requirements.

Coach leaders on performance management, employee development, leadership effectiveness to build high performing, diverse teams.

Provide leaders with data driven insights and recommendations on workforce trends, talent risks, organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Provide guidance on employee relations and resolve complex issues. Partner with HR Operations and Legal to provide guidance and take corrective actions.
- Partner effectively with HR Operations to simplify HR processes and improve the employee and manager experience.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with 7+ years of progressive experience in all aspects of human resources preferred, however a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM-CP/SCP preferred.
- Knowledge of local, state and federal legislation.
- Experience with international and diverse cultures preferred.
- Prior experience with building teams in a matrix, global organization.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office products.
- Position will be hybrid and based in Pittsburgh, PA area; incumbent must be willing and able to travel as necessary.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7+ years of progressive human resources experience
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment legislation
- Experience working with international and diverse cultures
- Experience building teams in a matrixed, global organization
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Ability and willingness to travel as necessary
