About the role:
Restaurants across Lithuania, Poland and beyond are discovering Saltz every day. Your job is to make sure that discovery turns into something real - a first order, a meaningful connection through excellent customer service, and a customer who sticks around. As our Customer success manager for the Lithuanian & German market, you're the voice that gets them there.
You can work remotely from anywhere within the EU, as long as you’re in the CET time zone. This is a full-time role.
What you will be doing:
Inbound calls of restaurants to help them solve their ordering and delivery challenges and provide effective solutions
Identify opportunities for account growth, including cross‑selling capabilities and driving additional revenue when relevant
Call newly registered restaurants that have shown interest in a high daily volume. Follow a structured cadence (calls, emails, WhatsApp) to qualify, convince, and onboard them within 10 days
Handle written communication channels, including reviewing and registering claims.
Communicate with all related stakeholders across the company to ensure smooth resolution and information flow
What you need:
1–3 years inside sales, telesales, or customer outreach experience. Experience in high-volume call environments preferred
You speak Lithuanian, English and Polish on C1 level
Strong phone presence, persuasive communication, and objection-handling skills
Comfortable with multi-attempt outbound cadences and target-driven work
Experience with CRM and ticketing systems (Salesforce or HubSpot or Zendesk)
Results-driven, organized, and able to manage many leads/accounts simultaneously
Basic understanding of restaurant industry needs is a plus
Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 EUR gross yearly
