What does it mean to be an IT Consultant in Data Engineering at Netlight?
In our central Copenhagen office (Amagertorv 29), a collaborative community of around 90 colleagues drives innovation and technology across the IT sector. As a consultant at Netlight, you will play a pivotal role in shaping current and future products, systems, and technical solutions. This entails contributing to the growth and scaling of existing and emerging products and companies, while continuously learning and mastering a variety of technical tools.
As a consultant within the data area, you will help our clients in roles such as Data Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Data Architect to name a few. We build comprehensive data platforms that encompass data warehousing & data lake infrastructure, data modeling, and the implementation of ETL/ELT data pipelines, whether batch or real-time. We design and implement innovative data products, incorporating elements of backend and cloud engineering. We are at the forefront of advising clients around emerging topics such as data governance, AI and data mesh. - Committed to understanding clients’ visions and strategies to help them achieve their aspirations
We imagine that you:
- Hold or will soon graduate with a master’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, IT, Software Development or related fields
- Or hold a bachelor's degree in one of these areas plus two years of full-time working experience in a relevant IT-field
- Bring experience as a young professional in software development, data engineering, or related domains
- Have professional exposure from internships, part-time/full-time positions, or similar contexts in agile software engineering roles
- Verbal and written proficiency in English
- Based in Copenhagen or willingness to relocate to Copenhagen
