About Us
Solid Commercial Solutions is a commercial facilities maintenance company serving businesses across Metro Atlanta. Our field technicians keep our customers’ buildings running, and our office team keeps customers informed and the work moving.

About the Role
The Coordinator is often the first voice our customers hear and the person they rely on for answers. You’ll handle customer calls and emails, keep customers updated on their service from start to finish, and keep our customer and job records accurate so the whole team can rely on them. This role is a great fit for a customer service professional who takes ownership, stays organized, and wants to grow with a company.

What You’ll Do

Customer Communication

  • Answer customer calls and emails, and resolve questions directly about job status, scheduling, and invoices.
  • Make outbound calls and send emails to update customers on scheduling, status, and changes to their service.
  • Follow up on customer requests and work with CSMs on escalations.
  • Keep a professional, helpful tone with every customer, even on busy days.

Data & Records

  • Keep customer contact information, job notes, and job statuses accurate and up to date in our field service software.
  • Spot and fix missing or incorrect information, such as duplicate contacts, outdated phone numbers, or incomplete notes.

Invoicing Support

  • Submit invoices to customers through the required customer portals or by email.

Team Support

  • Work closely with CSMs and field technicians to keep information flowing and get jobs done.
  • Help with other office tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2+ years of experience in customer service, scheduling, administrative, or office support roles.
  • Confidence and professionalism on the phone and in writing.
  • Strong attention to detail. You notice when something doesn’t look right.
  • Follows established processes consistently, and raises ideas for improvement to leadership rather than working around them.
  • Solid computer skills, including email, web browsers, and accurate data entry.
  • Reliability and punctuality for a full-time, in-office schedule.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Teams.
  • Familiarity with facilities maintenance, construction, or the trades.
  • Experience with CRM, scheduling, or field service software.
  • Familiarity with AI tools or automations that streamline everyday work.

Why Join Us

  • A stable, full-time hourly position.
  • Room to grow as you learn the business.
  • Medical, dental, and life insurance.
  • 401(k) with company match up to 4%.
  • 2 weeks of PTO plus 7 paid holidays.

Schedule
Monday–Friday, 7am - 4pm, in our Marietta office.
