  • Location: Remote Connecticut
    • Facilitate the processing of domestic and international wire transfers adhering to internal and industry deadlines.  Respond to and track investigations regarding wire transfers as needed.
    • Perform exception OFAC reviews. Refer to and work closely with the BSA Department towards resolution as needed.
    • Process daily service requests from internal partners including but not limited to: Fed Service Messages and Returns.
    • Process Drawdowns timely and accurately.
    • Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures. Recommend changes and enhancements to management when appropriate.

Experience:

  • Candidates with advanced degrees (Associates, Bachelor’s, and/or Master’s) preferred, yet a High School diploma or GED is required. 
  • Candidates with some combination of coursework and experience, or else extensive related professional experience, are eligible for consideration.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite and certifications as applicable to the position.
  • For this position, you must have at least 3 years of banking experience.
  • Customer Service experience preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a fast passed environment.
  • Telephone communication skills.

The estimated salary range for this position is $20.00 to $23.00 USD an hour. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.#LI-SO1
