Position Summary
The SeeHer team is looking for a dynamic team player to join SeeHer because we believe that media, marketing, advertising, and entertainment play a major role in how women and girls see themselves. We’re seeking a self-motivated, collaborative Coordinator, who can multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The ideal applicant must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and have a keen eye for details and multitasking.  They will be responsible for supporting the SeeHer team, a robust roster of events and aid in the engagement of members.
Primary Responsibilities:
Contact Management
  • Maintain and update member database records in CRM and Mailchimp
  • Update contact info, add new individuals and remove individuals as required
  • Update key contact individuals (member representatives)
SeeHer Materials
  • Keep Teams updated with current materials
  • Keep SeeHer staff abreast of all new materials
SeeHer Events
  • Collaborate with SeeHer leadership to plan, schedule, and orchestrate events for senior-level marketers and entertainment executives
  • Manage logistical planning, communications, development of meeting run of show, on-site execution, and post event follow-up recaps to ensure the highest quality of service and value.
  • Work with internal ANA team members to ensure SeeHer events are promoted on the website
  • Manage database for all meetings concerning attendee updates, etc.
Support
  • Pull & prepare computer database report
  • Maintain company roster
  • Individual & consolidated activity reports
  • Initiative & Benefits Reports
Other
  • Create and document processes and templates
  • Function as the liaison between SeeHer and other ANA departments
  • Keep current on the latest SeeHer news, content, and events and send all relevant documentation to team members
  • Travel and entertainment expenses and bookings for the department members
  • ANA/SeeHer conference management including, but not limited to, member attendance, working with conference speakers, sponsors, etc.
  • Website maintenance: users, web postings, ad gallery, new prospects
Professional Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution plus 1-3 years of internship or work experience in marketing, advertising, PR or media
  • Strong business writing, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, Mailchimp, Adobe.  Knowledge of Canva a plus.
  • A consistent willingness to go above and beyond the minimum required to deliver world-class service and products for our members
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and writing skills, the ability to think strategically and creatively with a passion for creating high quality member experiences 
  • Display a willingness to make decisions, exhibit sound and accurate judgment, and is solution oriented
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks in fast paced environment with a proven ability to balance priorities, meet tight deadlines, improve and promote quality and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
  • Ability to work independently and as a valued team member
  • Some travel may be required

Salary and Total Rewards Package:
Starting pay range: $50,000 to $55,000, based on relevant experience and qualifications.
