Coordinator for Quality Assurance and Accreditation

To support the Office of Institutional Effectiveness at the University of Kalba in ensuring compliance with national and international accreditation standards, overseeing academic and administrative quality assurance activities, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across programs and services. 

1. Contribute to the development and implementation of university-wide quality assurance processes aligned with national and international standards.
2. Support institutional licensure renewal and accreditation/reaccreditation of academic programs.
3. Collect and review annual college reports and prepare comprehensive institutional status reports.
4. Collaborate with colleges and departments to document accreditation and benchmarking data.
5. Oversee academic program reviews and the assessment of learning outcomes.
6. Assist in preparing evidence and documentation for accreditation submissions within set deadlines.
7. Ensure university policies and procedures comply with accreditation requirements.
8. Plan and conduct workshops and training sessions to support faculty and staff in assessment and QA practices.
9. Facilitate effective communication and dissemination of best practices across the university.
10. Ensure confidentiality and integrity of accreditation-related data and information.     

• Master’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
• Accreditation and Quality Assurance Certifications 
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in institutional and program accreditation, preferably in a CAA-accredited university
•  Comprehensive knowledge of accreditation and quality assurance processes in higher education
• Strong organizational skills to manage multi-step accreditation projects.
• Ability to prepare and analyze data and reports
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
