Responsibilities:
· Support daily operations across Web, App, and TikTok Shop including pacing updates, revenue tracking, and inventory health checks.
· Monitor in-stock status and support launch readiness (SKU setup, timing, go-live requirements), including activation checklists and pre-launch QA.
· Maintain TikTok Shop fundamentals: product listings, pricing, inventory, bundles, and promotions to ensure accuracy and readiness for key moments.
· Monitor TikTok Shop account health and platform policy updates; flag compliance risks and operational issues promptly.
· Troubleshoot TikTok Shop operational issues (product, order, listing, promotion errors) and drive resolution, including working with TikTok support when needed.
· Track social commerce performance metrics (GMV, conversion rate, engagement, click-through) and surface insights on what’s working to inform next actions.
· Stay current on TikTok beauty trends and shopping formats to keep listings, merchandising, and timing aligned with how the community shops.
· Support operational management of subscription/auto-replenishment programs, including setup support, site checks, and issue escalation.
· Produce weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting; track and summarize key KPIs (sales, orders, conversion, AOV, promotional lift, sell-thru, TikTok GMV, affiliate metrics).
· Maintain accurate details across tools and trackers; ensure data quality and consistency across reporting outputs.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent practical experience).
· 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital commerce, operations, merchandising, social commerce, or a related role.
· Hands-on experience with a Shopify storefront is desired (admin, reporting, products, collections, merchandising, promotions coordination, QA).
· Strong interest in TikTok Shop; familiarity with TikTok Shop Seller Center is a plus.
· Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic data manipulation) and comfort working with large datasets.
· Analytical mindset with ability to monitor performance, spot trends, and translate data into clear takeaways.
· Clear communicator who can escalate issues quickly, manage timelines, and keep tasks moving in a fast-paced environment.
· Comfortable learning new tools and working across multiple platforms at once.
Skills Required
