Job Summary

The Coordinator, Corporate Site Operations supports the daily management and execution of projects for Comcast’s corporate website. This role helps ensure smooth collaboration between development, design, and editorial teams by tracking tasks, managing timelines, and coordinating deliverables. The Coordinator assists with publishing workflows, quality assurance, and communication across teams to keep site updates and enhancements on schedule and aligned with Comcast’s brand and content standards.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities 

Project Coordination & Support 

  • Coordinate day-to-day website updates, requests, and production tasks with development, design, and editorial teams. 

  • Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure projects remain on schedule. 

  • Support documentation, task management, and communication related to site operations. 

  • Assist with scheduling reviews, testing, and approvals for new content, features, and releases. 

Site Operations & Maintenance 

  • Help manage content publishing workflows within the corporate content management system (CMS). 

  • Assist in performing site checks to maintain accuracy, functionality, and consistency across pages. 

  • Monitor for broken links, content errors, and visual discrepancies, coordinating fixes with appropriate teams. 

  • Support updates for events, campaigns, or announcements on the corporate website. 

Collaboration & Communication 

  • Partner with developers, designers, and content editors to keep projects organized and deliverables aligned. 

  • Communicate progress, updates, and risks to the Corporate Site Operations team and key stakeholders. 

  • Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clarity on requirements and timelines. 

  • Participate in meetings and capture action items, ensuring follow-through on next steps. 

Quality Assurance & Process Improvement 

  • Support pre-launch and post-launch testing to verify functionality, formatting, and user experience. 

  • Maintain documentation for workflows, content updates, and operational procedures. 

  • Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency and coordination within ongoing site operations. 

  • Uphold accessibility, brand, and compliance standards in all web updates. 

Qualifications 

Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). 

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital project coordination, marketing operations, or web content management. 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. 

  • Familiarity with website operations and content management systems (CMS). 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and manage competing priorities. 

Preferred: 

  • Experience supporting website production or corporate communications projects. 

  • Knowledge of project management or collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, Airtable, Smartsheet). 

  • Understanding of basic web standards, accessibility, and SEO principles. 

  • Background in corporate communications, marketing, or media environments.
