Marketing Digital Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist with high skills for the development and updating of our web platforms (Web Page/Landing Page) and works continuously with the content creation agency and our team based outside of Colombia in English.
Main activities:
- Collaborate with Omnichannel and Digital, Marketing, and Medical teams to develop engaging landing pages aligned with key campaigns.
- Comprehend the design system and capabilities to ensure timely execution of digital initiatives.
- Analyze the outcomes of implemented tactics to identify potential optimizations for future campaigns.
- Collaborate with the digital creative agency to conceptualize and design landing pages, emails, and social media ads.
- Partner with the digital media agency to devise media plans that drive lead generation and increase log-ins, aligning with our overarching goals.
- Understand our email marketing capabilities to craft personalized email journeys leveraging web page user behaviours, and develop monthly platform email news journeys.
- Be accountable and follow-up on budgets and projects assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, design, marketing, communication, or advertising
- Specializing in digital marketing or web platform design
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the digital area (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry)
- Essential experience in web pages/landing pages and channels such as WhatsApp
- Great communication and corporate relations skills
- Experience in relationships, coordination, and direct work with agencies.
- Proficient in oral and written English (Interview and assessment in English)
- Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in digital and data analytics using tools such as Adobe Analytics, CRM, and database analysis for segmentation
- Familiarity with digital marketing, including paid search, paid social, social media, and SEO
- Knowledge in user experience and digital product management
- High skills in creativity and innovation
