Requirements
+4 years of experience working with accounts payables.
Intermediate English
Bachelor's Degree on Economics, Administrative or/and Financial areas.
Experience working with LATAM (Preferable)
Knowledge in electronic invoicing and accounting
Activities
Ensure that accounts payable comply with fiscal and accounting requirements.
Analysis of past due accounts payable and payment projections
Elaborate weekly payment schedules
Clean up aging of balances
Generate follow-up of balances to be checked
Supervise the reconciliation of cfids
General orientation of the payment process to suppliers
Ensure recording and provisioning of accounts payable
Intercompany supervision
Supervision of contracts for the provision of goods or services
Supervision and attention to talent service delivery
Closing reports - Aging of balances and portfolio analysis
