We are looking to recruit a Sales Lead based in São Paulo to join our B2C Inbound Sales department.
Responsabilities:
- Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Develop and implement training programs focused on sales techniques and processes.
- Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and internal sales data to identify opportunities and threats.
- Generate and present insightful reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Analyze pricing and portfolio performance to maximize sales & financial results
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including marketing, operations, and customer service teams.
- Build and nurture relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of leadership experience in a sales role (experience in real estate is not required).
- Proven ability to train and develop sales teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to build and document processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- MBA/Postgraduate degree are considered differentiators.
