COO Trading Implementation

As a Trading Implementation Specialist, you'll be embedded in the COO team, driving strategic and operational projects that sit at the heart of QRT’s trading operations. You’ll play a key role in expanding QRT’s market presence and ensuring seamless onboarding of new trading strategies and counterparties. By working across multiple functions – operations, trading, technology, product, and compliance, you’ll ensure scalable and efficient implementations.

Your future role at QRT: 

• Work on end-to-end planning and execution of strategic projects across trading, operations, and technology teams.
• Own project delivery for onboarding new markets, brokers, trading platforms, and financial products (including equities, derivatives, ETFs).
• Coordinate with exchanges, broker-dealers, clearing firms, and internal trading and technology teams to evaluate and implement trading platform solutions
• Support day-to day front office activities
• Facilitate communication and alignment between trading, product, legal, compliance, IT, and risk teams
• Support the exploration and implementation of low-latency and co-location setups in new markets

Your present skillset:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8-10 years of experience in trading operations, or trading technology project management
• Strong understanding of front-to-back trading workflows and infrastructure (cash equities, derivatives, ETFs)
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in APAC markets (HK, IN, KR, JP, SG, AU, CN) is highly desirable
