Job Summary 🧾

We’re looking for a Conversational Designer to create intuitive and engaging conversational experiences that drive customer engagement and sales. You'll own projects from concept to execution, leveraging Yalo’s products to maximize effectiveness.

Your Mission

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve business goals.


Responsibilities 🧠

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, stakeholders, and engineers to understand customer needs and sales objectives.
  • Design conversational flows, scripts, and prompts that align with each brand and its goals.
  • Take ownership of projects from design to testing and improvements.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Analyze data and feedback to optimize interactions and increase conversion rates.
  • Learn how to use Yalo's products to create virtual assistants.


Ideal Candidate

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven experience in creating engaging conversational experiences.


Job Requirements 💻

  • Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Psychology, Communication, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields.
  • +4 years in conversational design, UX design, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Whimsical).
  • Familiarity with conversational platforms (e.g., Dialogflow).
  • Understanding of prompt engineering.
  • Strong analytical skills to inform design decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to learn.
  • Proactive in staying updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in conversational design and AI.
