About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled and driven Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining reliable software solutions with a strong focus on security and compliance. You’ll work across the full tech stack, ensuring our systems are performant, scalable, and secure. As a senior member of the team, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders and play a key role in shaping architectural decisions, security practices, and compliance efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features using Node.js (Express) on the backend and React on the frontend
- Build and scale secure, performant web applications supporting real-time monitoring and automation workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product direction, architecture, and implementation strategy
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following modern best practices (CI/CD, code reviews, clean architecture)
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability, particularly on the backend side
- Work on transitioning existing systems from monolith to microservices and from VMs to Kubernetes-based infrastructure
- Contribute to the cloud migration and modernization efforts (Azure)
- Own features end-to-end — from design and development through to deployment and monitoring.
Required Competence and Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in both backend and frontend development
- Proficiency with React and building single-page applications
- Strong knowledge of Node.js, Express, REST APIs, and WebSocket
- Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
- Proven experience with Microservices architecture
- Strong understanding of programming principles, design patterns, and best practices
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Nice to have:
- Experience with performance optimization and profiling tools
- Familiarity with modern development tools such as Vite, ESLint, Prettier, Git, and Chrome DevTools
- Exposure to NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Redis.
