Own end-to-end accounting, control and compliance for assigned entities. Manage month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, SOX and audit coordination, US GAAP compliance, stakeholder/BPO coordination, financial reporting, and drive process improvements.

  8. Coordinate and support Internal/ Corporate audit, external audit and SOX Compliance
  9. Ensure a regular connection with BPO partners, key stakeholders in finance and business to deliver US GAAP compliant financials.
  10. Provide financial reports, analysis, explanations and advice based on knowledge of financial information, relevant GAAP & supporting SAP systems to SBU/auditors.
  11. Support implementation of Org. initiatives.
  12. Identify & propose process improvement opportunity.
Qualifications

Qualification/ Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in finance/ CA-Inter/CWA-Inter/ equivalent with strong finance background & minimum of 2 years’ experience in public accounting/ industry
  2. Chartered Accountant/ICWA/ equivalent with strong academic achievements & minimum of 1-2 years’ post qualification experience in public accounting/audit/industry.

Skills :

  1. Hands on experience/ Systems knowledge in SAP, HFM.
  2. Extensive knowledge of USGAAP, SOX (Sarbanes Oxley Act).
  3. Knowledge on Internal control framework in MNC setup.
  4. Knowledge of Record-2-Report, month-end closing processes and best practices
  5. Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Good communication skills.

Skills Required
