This is a remote position.
Cox Consulting Network is seeking an Interim Controller for a remote, 3-month engagement with potential to extend to 6 months supporting a PE-backed global company. Starting ASAP, this consultant will lead accounting operations, strengthen close processes and accrual accounting, oversee daily cash forecasting, and guide the team through year-end.

Hands-on Controller experience with strong operational accounting and team leadership skills.

Expertise in accrual accounting, including schedules, reversals, and supporting documentation.

Proven ability to establish close calendars, SOPs, checklists, and timely management reporting.

Experience overseeing global, multi-entity consolidations.

Strong cash management and cash forecasting experience.

Strong ERP skills, with the ability to improve reporting and quickly adapt to new systems.
Preferred Requirements:

Sage Intacct experience.

PE portfolio and lender compliance reporting experience.

Media or advertising industry experience.
