About GTS
GTS is a well-established telecommunications and technology services organization with a 36-year operating history. The company operates through a parent organization and four subsidiaries, including international operations in India. As the organization continues to mature within a public-company parent structure, GTS is seeking a hands-on Controller to provide day-to-day accounting oversight, strengthen internal controls, and support scalable financial operations.
This is a unique opportunity for an operational finance leader to support the CFO, serve as the primary accounting lead for the operating company, and help position the organization for future growth, including the anticipated addition of a parent-company CFO responsible for enterprise reporting and strategic finance leadership.
Position Summary
GTS is seeking a Controller to lead day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, audit coordination, internal control awareness, and operating company finance support. This individual will serve as a key operational finance leader, partnering closely with the operating company CFO and ultimately funneling financial reporting, analysis, and reporting packages to the parent-company CFO.
The ideal candidate brings strong Controller-level experience, a solid foundation in accounting operations and U.S. GAAP, experience supporting external audits in a public company environment, and the ability to remain hands-on in daily accounting activities while providing leadership, structure, and process discipline to the finance function.
Target base compensation is approximately $150,000 -$175,000, with flexibility based on experience, technical depth, and overall candidate fit.
