We are looking for an experienced Wireman – Industrial Automation Control Panels to join our Humble, TX team. What You Will Do
  • Perform point-to-point wiring of industrial control panels
  • Route, label, terminate, and organize wiring according to electrical schematics
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts
  • Install and wire relays, terminal blocks, breakers, fuses, power supplies, and other industrial control components
  • Conduct testing and verification of completed panels
  • Troubleshoot wiring and electrical control system issues
  • Work closely with engineers and project managers to meet project schedules
  • Maintain quality standards, safety practices, and organized work areas
  • Support continuous improvement efforts that increase efficiency and quality
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required, technical training or electrical certifications a plus
  • 3+ years of industrial control panel wiring experience, 5+ years of experience preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Experience wiring industrial control components and power distribution systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using electrical testing equipment and hand tools
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail

Skills Required

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Technical training or electrical certifications
  • Minimum 5 years experience building, wiring, or troubleshooting industrial control panels
  • Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, industrial control systems, and control panel construction
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
  • Proficiency with electrical hand tools, power tools, and electrical test equipment
  • Knowledge of electrical safety practices, codes, and industry standards
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
