What we are looking for:

- Degrees in Environmental Science, Computer Science, Pharmacy, Zoology, Psychology, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning are not acceptable
- Prior experience copyediting academic/research papers or professional experience in one of the above fields
- Strong attention to detail
- Understanding of style conventions for academic research papers (e.g., UK vs US English, reference styles, standard style guides such as AMA and CSE)
- Strong sense of ownership with regard to quality and on-time delivery
