In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our contract management processes, ensuring that contracts are executed in a timely manner and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and negotiate contracts with customers
  • Provide comprehensive contractual support with respect to standard and 3rd party Non-Disclosure agreements (NDAs)
  • Identify and mitigate risks connected with non-standard conditions and customer-directed changes
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Review and analyze contract terms and conditions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve contract-related issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation
  • Communicate and negotiate with Honeywell customers
  • Advise internal clients regarding contractual requirements and Honeywell standards
  • Support Contract Managers in contract administration, data inputting, and patent reporting
  • Interface with various internal business functions including Finance, Legal, Sales, Program Management, Engineering, and Integrated Supply Chain teams
  • Draft and execute certifications necessary for U.S. government contracting
  • Ability to prioritize work and coordinate multiple tasks within strict time constraints

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Law, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in contract management or a related field
  • Strong negotiation and communication skilld
  • Good knowledge of contract law and understanding of intellectual property protection
  • Sound business judgment and strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to function as a member of a virtual team
