In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our contract management processes, ensuring that contracts are executed in a timely manner and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities- Manage and negotiate contracts with customers
- Provide comprehensive contractual support with respect to standard and 3rd party Non-Disclosure agreements (NDAs)
- Identify and mitigate risks connected with non-standard conditions and customer-directed changes
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Review and analyze contract terms and conditions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve contract-related issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation
- Communicate and negotiate with Honeywell customers
- Advise internal clients regarding contractual requirements and Honeywell standards
- Support Contract Managers in contract administration, data inputting, and patent reporting
- Interface with various internal business functions including Finance, Legal, Sales, Program Management, Engineering, and Integrated Supply Chain teams
- Draft and execute certifications necessary for U.S. government contracting
- Ability to prioritize work and coordinate multiple tasks within strict time constraints
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Law, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in contract management or a related field
- Strong negotiation and communication skilld
- Good knowledge of contract law and understanding of intellectual property protection
- Sound business judgment and strong problem-solving skills
