Contracts Operation Specialist

Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-oriented and experienced Contract Operations Specialist to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. 

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Jira workflows related to the contract signing process
• Review Jira tickets associated with contracts and documentation
• Track access to contracts and related documents
• Provide and revoke access as required, ensuring data security and confidentiality
• Conduct demo trainings to ensure full proficiency with the project
• Maintain an organized and accessible archive system that supports easy retrieval and long-term preservation of records
• Establish new JIRA Projects with all their components (new workflows, field configurations, etc.)
• Ensure all stakeholders are familiar with Jira tools and document workflows
• Customize Jira dashboards, reports, and filters to meet team needs
• Explore Jira’s features, and automation tools to improve efficiency

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Advanced knowledge of Armenian, Russian, and English languages
• Accurate, detail-oriented personality, ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent computer skills in MS Office
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong time management skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Interpersonal skills, ability to develop effective working relations with colleagues
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
