Contracts Operation Specialist

Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-oriented and experienced Contract Operations Specialist to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. 

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Jira workflows related to the contract signing process
• Streamline steps to make contract signing efficient and user-friendly
• Enhance communication and cooperation among all stakeholders involved in contract management
• Review and approve all Jira tickets associated with contracts and documentation
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies before approval
• Track access to contracts and related documents
• Provide and revoke access as required, ensuring data security and confidentiality
• Regularly monitor the progress of contract signing processes
• Identify and address any bottlenecks or delays promptly
• Develop and deliver training sessions for employees on the contract signing process
• Ensure all stakeholders are familiar with Jira tools and document workflows
• Oversee proper document filing, registration, and archiving in both digital and physical formats
• Ensure that all finalized contracts and related documents are systematically archived in compliance with company standards and legal requirements
• Maintain an organized and accessible archive system that supports easy retrieval and long-term preservation of records

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Advanced knowledge of Armenian, Russian, and English languages
• Accurate, detail-oriented personality, ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent computer skills in MS Office
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong time management skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Interpersonal skills, ability to develop effective working relations with colleagues
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
